Q. Do you offer Wifi? Is it free?
A. Yes. We have Wifi available at your rv. We offer a complimentary 4 hour trial of our service. In order to provide the
best possible service we have contracted with Tengo Internet for low daily,weekly and monthly rates.

Q. What are your rates?
A. Our rates are based on length of stay, the size of the space, amenities at each site, and location within the resort.

Q. Do you offer full hook-ups?
A. Each of our spaces offers: water, sewer, cable tv, 30/50 amp electric. Extended stay rates are plus metered electric.

Q. Do you have pull-thru spaces?  Can you accommodate a 45ft rv?
A. No Pull throughs. The closest pull-thru spaces to this area are about 25 miles away. However, we offer the largest sites in the Escondido area and can take up to 45 ft rv's and small tow trailers. additional storage parking is available if you are willing to disconnect.

Q. Do you have group rates?
A. No. Unfortunately, due to the demand on spaces at our property we can not accommodate groups. However,
other Sunlad properties in the area can take groups.

Q. Are you close to San Diego?
A. We are located in North County. The closest RV Resort to the Wild Animal Park. We are about 25-30 minutes from the beaches and all other major San Diego attractions. We have easy freeway access.

Q. Are you close to shopping and dining?
A. Yes. Within 5 minutes from the resort there are major grocery stores and restaurants. A large shopping center with a Costco and Wal-mart is 10 minutes or less away. A major shopping mall with a wide variety of shopping is a few exits down the freeway. 

Q. Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions?
A. Yes. We are pet friendly. We supply pet waste bags and have several nice walking areas for your pets enjoyment.
We do limit each site to 2 pets per site and do not allowany aggressive breeds. A complete list of pet rules
is available upon check in.

Q. Do you have restrictions on type of rv?
A. Yes. All RV's must be full self contained, and are subject to an exterior inspection upon arrival. The rv must be
clean, rust free, no broken windows, and if motor powered running. Tarps on roofs, and other modifications are
strictly prohibited. The resort has a complete list of rules and regulations on file for your review. Sorry, no tent camping.

Q. Do you have pool? Is it heated?
A. Yes. We offer both a heated pool and spa for your year round enjoyment. The pool deck is surrounded by beautifullandscaping.

Q. Do you sell propane?
A. Yes. We offer on-site service both delivered to your rv or at our propane station.

Q. When is check in time? Check out time?
A. Check in time is 1 p.m.. Check-out is 12 noon. Early arrivals and late departures (if available) may be subject to a nominal fee. 

Q. Can I have a camp-fire?
A. Unfortunately no. Local City ordinace does not allow this for your safety with rv's and propane gas in the vicinity.However, barbecues are welcome.

Q. Are you a membership resort?
A. No. We are non-membership,non-ownership. 

Q. How long can I stay?
A. We offer daily,weekly, and extended stay rates. There are no restrictions on your length of stay.

Q. Do you offer discounts? Military,AARP,Senior? AAA,Good Sam, Escapees? Passport America?
A. We offer 10% discounts off of our daily rate for: AAA, Good Sam, and Active duty military. A valid ID card must be presented at check-in to obtain these discounts. Offers may not be combined and do not apply to any other discounted rates.

Q. Can I reserve a specificsite?
A. The only way to reserve a specific space is to pay for it starting and checking in today.
We can note it as a request but do not guarantee specific spaces.

Q. Do you have a laundry facility?
A. Yes. We have a spotlessly clean laundry that is right on site for your convenience. You save time and fuel by doing it right on site.

Q. Do you offer rv storage?
A. No. However Sunland Vacationer at www.vacationerrv.com does. 

Q. Where are you located and how do I get there?
A. Escondido RV Resort is located at 1740 Seven Oaks Rd, Escondido, California 92026. Thirty minutes North of downtown San Diego and 25 minutes East of Oceanside. For general information and reservations, call (760) 740-5000 or (866) 477-6153.

• Directions from the NORTH (southbound): From Interstate 5 (Orange County, Los Angeles), take State Route 78 East exit at Oceanside, proceed east to Interstate 15 North, exit El Norte Parkway East, left onto Seven Oaks Road, 2nd driveway on your right. From Interstate 15 (Riverside), exit at El Norte Parkway East, left onto Seven Oaks Road, 2nd driveway on your right.
• Directions from the SOUTH (northbound): From State Route 163 (downtown San Diego , Mission Valley ) proceed to Interstate 15 North to the El Norte Parkway exit. Go east and then left onto Seven Oaks Road , 2nd driveway on your right. From Interstate 5 or 805 (Mexico), proceed to State Route 163, then to Interstate 15 North, and then exit at El Norte Parkway East, left onto Seven Oaks Road, 2nd driveway on your right.
• Directions from the EAST (westbound): From Interstate 8 (Imperial County, Arizona) take Interstate 15 North, exit at El Norte Parkway East, left onto Seven Oaks Road, 2nd driveway on your right.

Q. Do you have casino's close by?
A. We have 5 large casinos within 35 minutes of the resort.
Harrah's Casino is 17 miles from the resort
Pala Casino is 18 miles from the resort.
Valley View is 23 miles from the resort.
Pechanga is 21 miles from the resort.
Casino Pauma is 28 miles from the resort.
 

Q. Do you offer rentals?
A. Unfortunately no. However, we can provide you with several local rental companies that provide rentals that can be placed on our resort.

Q. What is your cancellation policy? What is your reservation change policy?
A. Daily/Weekly Reservations: Call, write, or e-mail, within 24 hours of arrival or a one night minimum charge will be billed.Holiday time period Reservations: Call, write or e-mail within 72 hours of arrival or a 3 night minimumcharge will be billed.Monthly Reservations: Call, write or e-mail within 10 days of arrival or or security deposit is completely forfeited.

Q. Do you have any tent sites?
A. Unfortunately we do not allow tent camping.

Q. How long can I stay?
A. You are welcome to stay with us for one day, one year, a life-time or anywhere in between, it’s your choice.

Q. Do you have a dump station?
A. No, we do not have a public dump station. The closest dump station is located at Freeway Trailers, 945 W. Mission Rd., Escondido CA, 92026. PH: (760) 745-3970
