All Monthly Reservations are subject to cancellation fee of $150-$200 if cancelled less than10 days prior to arrival
No Refunds for Reservations if cancellation is less than 72 hours prior to arrival
Cancellation for holidays is 3 night charge, cancellation for non holiday times is 1 night charge
